1.To develop relationships with government authorities and local entities, in compliance with regulations, in order to promote the knowledge of company and support the business.
2.To ensure that communication between the government and the company are well coordinated, dealt with promptly, following business principles and strategy.
3.To identify and manage risks related to Authority management and to monitor changes in government policies and requirements that may affect activities.
4.To facilitate meetings / discussions with management and to direct support all departments on issues pertaining to relations with authorities and business community.
1.University degree in Business/Economics or Engineering disciplines, MBA or Law degree, etc. 2.A minimum of 10 years experience in integrated oil and gas activities. 3.Good relationship with the government authorities and Chinese oil companies. 4.Must have good command of the English language.
