Job Description
Title: Customer Service/Technical Manager
Reports to: President
Responsibilities:
· Assure the prompt processing of Dealer and Customer Complaints by phone, email, and fax
o Assure that all standard policies of response time and related procedures are followed
· Assure complete customer satisfaction
· Allocate technician labor for prep, internal/external training, first services, field service, warranty and repair service, Selection Room preparation, M & S promotional support, and C & A activities
· Assure that all quality procedures and inspections are followed in piano preparation
· Assure the prompt processing, reporting, and repair of returned pianos from inspection to completed repair
o Communicate with M & S on pricing if the piano is to be re-sold
· Maintain technical capacity spreadsheet
· Assure that parts are ordered, distributed, invoiced and stored according to our guidelines
· Assure the prompt processing of warranty registrations
· Assure excellent communication with M & S on the following issues:
o Selection Room dates/pianos/availability
o Piano shipment availability as relates to prep
o Arrangement of external trainings of Dealer technicians and/or Institutional technicians
o Dealer/Customer complaint issues
o Field service- customer visits/warranty visits/venue service/promotional activity/C & A support
Qualifications desired:
· Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
· Experience in Hospitality industry, Villa/Real Estate Management a plus
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 5 years experience in customer satisfaction contact with customers
· Minimum 5 years experience managing employees
· Excellent computer skills; proficient in Word and Excel
· Ability to learn the technical service aspects of pianos
· Proactive in problem solving
· Outgoing personality
Remuneration Package
Approx. 200K RMB annual remuneration (based on market conditions)
Fixed bonus at 10% of salary based on G & O
