District Sales Manager
Job Location: Shanghai
Report to: Vice President Marketing & Sales
Responsibilities and duties:
l Oversight of a region of dealer accounts
l Training of Dealer Sales Representatives
l Continuous communication with the dealer and customer groups
l Providing sales activity plans and monthly forecasts
l Developing and improving dealers’ knowledge about the Steinway brands
l Assisting dealers in their planning, executions and follow ups of promotional sales events
Requirements:
l Age between 26 and 35 with a bachelor’s degree or above;
l Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing
l Experience with premium products is preferred;
l Strong retail sales background a plus;
l Excellent communication skills;
l Good command of both oral and written English skills;
l Flexible and willing to travel.
l Able to work under pressure
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
l Approx. ***** RMB annual remuneration (based on market conditions)

l 12 days of annual leave for the first three service years(it will increase to 15 days with service period exceed 3 years; increase to 18 days with service period exceed 5 years; increase to 20 days with service period exceed 10 years)

职责描述:
1. 管理负责区域内的代理商;
2. 为代理商销售人员提供培训;
3. 与代理商及客户保持良好的沟通;
4. 制定销售活动计划及每月销售预计;
5. 提升改进代理商对于施坦威品牌的相关知识;
6. 为代理商营销活动的计划、执行与跟进提供支持。
要求:
1. 年龄26至35岁,本科以上学历;
2. 3年以上市场销售领域工作经历;
3. 有高端产品经验者优先考虑;
4. 有优秀的零售背景(加分);
5. 优秀的沟通技巧;
6. 熟练的英文口语及书写技能;
7. 灵活性强,愿意出差;
8. 抗压性好。
