Key Account Consultant Responsibilities: 1. Provide executive search for clients and maintain key accounts relationship by keeping close contact with all managers of clients; 2. Carry out effective communication with clients to better understand the JD and propose reasonable recruiting suggestion; 4. Involve in candidates’ interviews, assessment and salary negotiation to ensure smooth on board, and project follow up. 5. Recruitment projects management; 6. Develop new clients and recruiting projects; 7. Maintain candidate relationship and establish one’s own network; 8. Provide professional career development consulting for candidates need; 9. Explore new recruitment channels; 10. Collect, analyze and summarize related industry information;
Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above, with overseas education preferred, Engineering education in German or biology/pharmaceutical related education in USA; 2. At least three years executive search experience with proven career development consulting and competence management; 3. Long-term partnership strategy sense and cross-culture understanding with global views, 4. Familiar with either manufacturing, mechanical, automotive, or biotech,material science , and chemical industry; 5. Strong analytical approach, and ability to suggest, develop, execute, and track HR projects 6. Persuasive, excellent communication abilities, 7. Proficient in English, German is a plus; 8. Always take the initiative, self-motivated, flexible and willing to work under pressure. 9. Strong learning and adapting capability, energetic, loyalty, creative, result-oriented but with down-to-earth personality,
