The Job
We are seeking passionate, responsible and self motivated individuals to join us as a Customer Service staff in our International SOS China Clinic Front Desk Unit. The incumbent will be responsible for,
1. To ensure that patients are welcomed and actively helped in understanding the procedures involved in receiving medical services at the International SOS Clinic Beijing.
2. To monitor patient flow and communicate with relevant staff to ensure that patients are not kept waiting for more than 15minutes for a scheduled appointment.
3. To liaise with nurses and front desk staff to ensure patients are managed efficiently at all times
The Person
1. Fluency in Japanes and English
2. Evidence of positive working relationships with customers
3. Professional in manner & appearance
