岗位职责

Responsible for the development of division goals, strategies, and CAPEX process
? Management of business resources to ensure goals and financial targets are achieved.
? Oversees all aspects of plant operations.
? Develops business policies that are consistent with corporate guidelines and directs the implementation of these polices.
? Oversees the development and implementation of annual budgets.
? Responsible for maximizing manufacturing processes and capabilities; and implementing strategies that increase efficiency, effectivity, and productivity.
? To ensure a safe/health environment for the plant employees.
To mentor and develop the department managers and supervisors.

 

任职资格的具体描述：

Bachelor degree or above in related field
Preferable specialized Knowledge / special Abilities and Skills
Good command of both spoken and written English is a must
Preferable Professional Experience
Minimum 8 experiences with manufacturing and machining, experience with lean practices, Six Sigma quality training, understanding of CAPEX process.
