Responsibilities:
- Liaison with tax authorities and perform monthly tax filing
- Assist in the application of tax related benefits for R&D entity, such as TASC qualification, tax exemption, etc.; follow up on related policy updates
- Maintain bank relationship, handle payment related activities and manage bank account
- Assist in the timely and accurate tax & treasury reporting to meet both corporate and statutory requirements
- Maintain proper filing of treasury & tax documentations to comply with SOX & internal audit requirements
- Ad-hoc requests based on business needs
Requirements:
- College degree, preferably major in finance related areas
- 2-3 years’ working experience in finance area, experience in monthly tax filing is preferred
- Team player with good communication skills and customer focus spirit
- Positive, self-starter and strong sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of application software
- Comfortable with English communications
