Responsibility:
l Participate in Strategy making and investment decision making of the company,
l Act as a project lead in screening, evaluation and execution of investment opportunities through all stages of a transaction, which includes all-round work before and after the closing of an investment project.
Qualifications:
l More than 6 years experience in consulting focus in strategy, management planning or transformation of TMT
l Ability to resolve unstructured problems by conducting diagnostics and defining logical framework to drive the solution
l Ability to understand cost and benefits from management perspective and conduct related financial analysis
l Deep knowledge in different areas of TMT management including TMT organization structure, governance, investment portfolio management, sourcing strategy, supply management, finance management, delivery management, service management, business relationship management, solution and architecture management etc
l Understand the trends of information technology and how TMT can add value / enable the business of different industries
l Ability to travel abroad on overseas projects (mostly short-term base)
l Bachelor's Degree from famous university (major in Science, Finance or Management is preferred).
l Or Master's Degree or above from famous university (major in Science, Finance or Management, MBA of famous university is preferred) with over 8 years working experience in investment, finance and business operation, over 3 years at important management positions in enterprises or investment-related industries;
l Comprehensive knowledge of overall operation and management of enterprise, Strong analytical capabilities and good judgment on enterprise management issues;
l Outstanding financial knowledge and skills;
l Good command of English, including listening, writing, reading, speaking and translating, preferably with overseas learning or working experience;
l Strong abilities in learning & innovation, communication, teamwork, problem analysis and resolution, judgment and decision-making, project management and relation influence.
