北京大学国家发展研究院是在著名的北京大学中国经济研究中心基础上新组建的、一个以综合性社会科学研究为主的科研教学机构,致力于中国社会科学的国际化、规范化、本土化,推进学科体系、学术观点和研究方法的创新。

北大国际(Beijing International MBA at Peking University, BiMBA)成立于1998年,坐落在北京大学美丽的皇家园林朗润园,是北京首家经国务院学位办批准的中外合作办学项目和北京大学跨世纪对外合作项目。北大国际隶属于北京大学国家发展研究院(National School of Development, NSD),是一个提供工商管理学位教育(全日制MBA、在职MBAEMBA),以及为各行业、企业和其它类型单位量身打造的企业管理(EDP)、金融和行政管理等培训项目的教育机构。

Position Name: Admissions Consultant

Working Location: Peking University, Beijing

Job Responsibilities:

1.         Manage the admissions process for regular MBA, including full-time MBA and part-time MBA;

2.         Handle telephone and in-person inquiries about MBA program admissions;

3.         Develop and maintain application files arrange admissions interviews and relevant examinations;

4.         Support regular MBA marketing events and campaigns;

5.         Other work as assigned properly.

Job Requirements:

1.         Bachelor or above preferably from well-reputed universities, overseas background a plus;

2.         Strong communication skills in English, a multi-lingual candidate will be highly preferred;

3.         Excellent inter-personal skill and presentation skills;

4.         Well-organized and result-oriented, able to work and deliver without day-to-day supervision;

5.         Capability to achieve results under pressure;

6.         Be able to work at evenings and weekends.

 

Position Name: Admissions Marketing Specialist

Working location: Peking University, Beijing

Job Responsibilities:

1.         Support marketing manager to build up marketing plan;

2.         Roll out marketing plan focusing on online marketing and overseas marketing programs;

3.         Other work as assigned properly.

Job Requirements:

1.         Bachelor or above preferably from well-reputed universities majored in Marketing, Information Science, Computer Science, or English language. Overseas background a plus;

2.         3 years full-time working experience in relevant functions;

3.         Proven understanding of Internet marketing and positive curiosity on other new media marketing;

4.         Good skills in writing, both in Chinese and in English; Well-polished presentation skills;

5.         Be able to work at evenings and weekends and travel extensively.

 

Position Name: Career Development Consultant

Working Location: Peking University, Beijing

Job Responsibilities:

1.         Build up and maintain corporate resources particularly in the recruitment community;

2.         Run campus recruitment projects and support MBA graduate placement in an efficient way;

3.         Facilitate  graduates’ self-understanding for career development and help graduates achieve the goal;

4.         Other work as assigned properly.

Job Requirements:

1.         Bachelor or above preferably from well-reputed universities; Business education background from a prestigious school will be a plus;

2.         5 years or above track-record experience in business development, recruitment or executive search area;

3.         Pertinent command on the trend of high-end recruitment in all sectors like MNC, SOE, SME, etc. and understanding of individual’s career development;

4.         Strong skills of communication both in English and in Chinese, multi-lingual capability will be highly preferred;

5.         Well-polished presentation skills both in English and in Chinese;

6.         Be able to work under pressure.

 

Position name: Training Project Manager

Working location: Peking University, Beijing

Job Responsibilities:

1.         Implement training project delivery and make sure the training courses go smoothly and well organized;

2.         Provide and coordinates logistic services to training participants including accommodation, meal or catering service arrangement according to clients’ requirements;

3.         Manage details for each training course, including teaching facilities installment, student attendance keeping, reading materials duplication, tea break service, course evaluation, etc.;

4.         Other work as assigned properly.

Job Requirements:

1.         3 – 5 years working experience in training and executive education;

2.         Problem-solving skills and able to work with changes and uncertainties;

3.         Proactive attitude and communication skills;

4.         Able to work under pressure and travel extensively;

5.         Proven record of outdoor or other physically-challenging activities will be preferred.
