Our client is a leading global educationprovider that is preparing for strong growth in China.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager,they are seeking an experienced international education professional with experienceof representing Singapore Institutions.

The overall objectives of the position areto support the development of Agent Network and implement the marketing planfor the region.

Strong communication skills are requiredfor this role, as well as sales and marketing experience.

Key Activities:

• Meet demanding sales targets for individualinstitution and overall targets.
• Frequent travel to visit agents to providetraining and support, and also attend workshops and events to promote theinstitution.
• High profile role through regularpresentations to partners.
• Assist with annual marketing plan andprepare promotional materials.
• Assist with new market, product and servicedevelopment that is highly valued by this dynamic education group.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral capability inMandarin & English language
• Possession of a tertiary degree levelqualification and/or 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Demonstrate high level interpersonal,communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
• Demonstrated and proven ability as a teamplayer
• Demonstrated flexible attitude to work(e.g. in hours and content), including a willingness to work weekends andevenings in support of recruitment activities both locally and internationally
• Demonstrated ability to initiate andimplement effective sales tactics which have made a significant contribution tosustainable business growth
• Demonstrated innovative thinking andproactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitmentinitiatives
• Demonstrated ability to work to tightdeadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions andoutcomes
• Demonstrated ability to work with a rangeof internal and external stakeholders to ensure competing demands are met
  

Desirable

• International work experience in theeducation / language sector
• Overseas study experience in Singapore
