销售助理
工作职责:
Office Maintenance:
1.Promotional Materials Management (Application from HQ, Maintenance and Distribution)
2.Customers Reception and Registration. External Telephone Answer and Information Record.
Report Management:
1.Daily Area Sales Report to HQ
2.Sales Daily Work Information Collection
3.Monthly/Quarterly Sales Forecast to HQ
4.Area A&/T&E Expense Tracking and Budget Control
5.Ensure Accurate Delivery of HQ Information to the Area
Admin Support to Area Sales Team:
1.Biz Trip Arrangement to Sales Team (Flight Ticket Booking/Hotel Booking)
2.Area Sales Mgr T&E Reimbursement
3.Internal and External Meeting Coordination and Logistic Support to Local Sales/ Medical /Marketing/ KAM/ GA if Needed
4.Team Building Arrangement
5.Compliance Supervision in Area Level
HQ/Regional Meeting Coordination & Execution:
1.On-site Support to HQ/Regional Sales & Marketing Meetings Held in BJ/SH
职位要求:
1.1-2 Years Admin Experience is Highly Preferred;Pharmaceutical Industry Experience is a Plus
2.Good at English Listening and Reading
3.Strong Computer Skills
4.Detail Oriented and Good Team Player. Ability to Work Effectively and Reliably under Pressure.
5.Associate or Bachelor Degree
