Position: IT Audit Manager： base in GZ/BJ/SH/HK)
Responsiblefor the following:  70%Data Analytics and 30% IT Audit  Assistin implementing the data analytics strategy for DFARM, including the storeaudit transformation as well as risk based auditing. Understand the business processes, design and execute audit data analytics inexecuting testing, and analysing findings for various engagements includingstore audit, store support centre audit, IT audit and ad-hoc forensicinvestigation.  Leadin establishing common data model across the organization for internal audit toenable the continuous monitoring capability with standard routines. Leverage data analytics to streamline project and business efficiencies. Seekto incorporate data analytics in to all aspects of the audits and developanalytics with the business. Facilitate meetings with IT and business owners to discuss and understandprocesses and conduct risk assessments to identify and understand the businessand related IT risks, internal controls which mitigate these risks, and relatedopportunities for internal control improvement through the use of automatedanalytics and data analysis.  Assistwith organizational policy and procedures documentation and other specialprojects as directed   articipate in various kind of IT audits, including IT General Controls, ITApplication Controls, System Post Implementation, Business Continuity andDisaster Recovery Planning while leveraging Data Analytics in the execution ofaudits.  Buildtrusted relationships with the business leaders and liaise with external auditstakeholders  20% business travel to Hong Kong, andSouth-East Asia to meet with key stakeholders, audit management, and teammembers DesiredSkills/Experience:  5years professional level (Big Four or commercial internal audit) experiencewith 2-3 years in data analysis, development and coding experience is a Plus  Degree in Accounting, Information System,Computer Science, Statistics, or similar preferred Profession qualification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA),Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) ispreferred Experience with data analytics software such as ACL, Tableau, and SQL,understanding on new & emerging technologies such as RPA, artificialintelligence is a Plus  Provenability in executing engagements along with ensuring deliverables meet workplan specifications and deadlines Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, work alone or in smallteams, achieve established goals and objectives, and communicate progress in atimely and meaningful manner  Abilityto understand information security and network risks, including UNIX, Windows,and Cloud environments Working knowledge of business and database applications including SAP,Warehouse Management System, Point of Sales System, Oracle, MS SQL.  Retailand Fast Move Consumer Goods (“FMCG”) Industry experience and knowledge a Plus  Good command of both spoken and writtenEnglish
