Job Responsibilities
Optimize all channels and sources to source for contact details based on criteria given by the team
Carry out presearch analysis of different industries and clients’ potential competitors
Assist in “mapping” the candidate universe and conduct research
Maintain and update candidates’ details and the company’s database
Prepare presentation materials
Manage documentation throughout the search
Conduct interviews with candidates
Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentations
Manage clients, candidates, and the entire recruitment process
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above with at least one year of working experience
A result-oriented team player with a “can-do” attitude
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Comfortable with cold-calling and possess the ability to handle rejections
Inquisitive and eager to learn
Highly detail-oriented when processing paper work
Possess the ambition to become a professional consultant
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people of all levels
Fluent in spoken and written English
