    Position 1: Core Business Services - HR Manager – Beijing
    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for full spectrum of daily human resources (HR) operations
    • Build and maintain influential relationships with business leaders and managers, working closely with them to deliver HR initiatives including recruitment, retention, compensation review, training and other people initiatives.
    • Make a meaningful contribution to the development and implementation of service line strategy which extends beyond the People professional discipline
    • Anticipate issues and needs within the business and address these effectively
    • Evaluate requests and initiatives from the business before deciding an appropriate response. Challenge and influence the business to ensure the most appropriate course of action
    • Supervise and provide guidance to junior team members
    • Take part in HR relevant projects.


    Requirements:
    • University degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines.
    • Strong business acumen with a minimum of 8 years of experience as an HR professional.
    • Well-versed in employment ordinances and other HR related regulations.
    • Mature, goal-driven and self-motivated.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability of multi-task management and working under pressure.
    • Native Chinese speaker, with excellent command of spoken and written English.
    • Proven ability to influence at senior levels in the organization
    • Resilient, practical and a self starter; comfortable with working on own and in teams



    Position 2: Campus Recruitment - Senior Officer - Beijing
    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the China North campus recruitment
    • Ensure recruitment process complies with the organization's protocols and policies
    • Drive and be accountable for campus branding activities in universities
    • Maintain effective communication with universities, candidates and internal clients
    • Handle ad-hoc HR projects

    Requirements:
    • University graduate in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related fields
    • At least 5 years of campus recruitment experience gained in MNC or consulting organizations or similar background
    • Goal-driven personality, analytical and with a positive work attitude
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with different parties, including candidates and senior management
    • Able to work independently and under pressure
    • Experience in managing events and group activities
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
    • Proficiency in MS office
