1. Research and source for best-fit candidates through :
(a) cold calls
(b) directory/trade publication
(c) other networks
(d) current database
(e) telephone screening
2. Provide HR Consulting services including talent acquisition, talent manag ement & development, career transition management, new business unit/plant 3. Manage accounts and ensure effective service delivery in order to generat e positive results for client to return.
4. Conduct and prepare Position Profile Reports (PPR) for clients’ appro val.
5. Source for best-fit candidates locally and regionally* through thorough i nterviews and reference checks.
6. Any other administrative duties as assigned by your immediate Supervisor.
