Position: Material Specialist

Job Description:
Ø P/O and production schedule following up and ensure material supply
Ø Work with all departments, Hafei partner and suppliers to resolve any material related issues
Ø Maintain minimal adequate inventory levels of all components to insure manufacturing continuity and inventory goals are met.
Ø Identify critical material issues and develop contingency plans.
Ø Keep management and internal customers advised of status.
Ø Work with other functions to Push suppliers deliver with correct quality, quantity ,package on time
Ø Coordinate disposition of discrepant material and drive to resolution.
Ø Ensure all the inbound and outbound materials are updated into the system timely.
Ø Resolve and coordinate all problems related with material supply.
Ø Lead team to reach target and make continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
Ø Excellent Communication skills
Ø Mechanical or manufacturing Background
Ø High responsibility and self –motivated, high degree of accuracy with close attention to detail.
Ø open minded and team work player
Ø Good command of English
Ø Knowledge of MRP and inventory control
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø At least 3 years relevant working experience
