Foreign Sales Manager
Responsibility:
1. Develop the overseas market and new customer;
2. Customer maintenance and order from management;
3. Responsible to draw up the sales strategy and the sales policy consummation and the execution.
4. Collect the overseas market demand and the market tendency, formulate and adjust corresponding import and export strategy, the goal and the plan.
5. Responsible for the annual objectives decompose, carries on the service instruction and the performance review to the subordinate personnel, achieves the foreign trade sales target.
6. Making and execution for sales abroad plan according to the company Requirement.
7. Achieves the company sales target diligently.
8. Build up and manage the foreign trade team, provide the foreign trade service skill training.
9. Establishment and maintenance the relationship with other departments.
Requirement:
1. University graduate with more than 8 years foreign trade sales experience, above 5 years sell team management experience.
2. Be familiar with lighting market.
3. Be familiar with import and export entry practice, foreign trade operation flow, commercial letter, etc.
4. Has experience in overseas participation, brand propagation with the customer resources primordial consideration.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication, motivating and planning skills.
6. ECT-6 above, good at listening and oral.
7. Has ability in outstanding market development and commerce judgment.
