职位描述：
Mission of function: supplier pool, supplier management, material management,
escalation handling, annual price handling.
1、Build up supplier pool and set up strategy for different material groups.
2、Pro-active research for reduction of procurement costs.
3、Monitor the purchasing volume and identify further localization potential.
4、Request for quotations, evaluations and negotiations of quotations.
5、Monitor the raw material development.
6、Identify and negotiate ratio potential while mass production.
7、Ensure price neutrality with overseas suppliers.
8、Contractual agreements and relationship maintainence with diffierent supplier.
9、Set target agreements with suppliers.
10、Supplier development and management for quality, delivery, price.
职位要求：
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in mechnic, machinery, engenering, automation ect.
2、Good commander of German.
3、Good knowledge of business processes, SAP microsoft office, lotus note.
4、> 3 years working experience in purchasing
5、High motivation and ability to cooperate with an international team.
