<P>Reporting to the Operation Manager and serving as an Report Team Member of the Sales Support Operations to performance complex business tasks, reporting, prototype new business processes, transfer knowledge activities.</P>

<UL>
<LI>Support on SSO business reports delivery with good data quality, as well as distributing to specific end users</LI>
<LI>Responsible for raw data extraction, consolidation and final report generation on regular basis.</LI>
<LI>Facilitate on data collection, data handling, report generation</LI>
<LI>Evaluating the information gathered through Nokia product systems, emails, meeting, workshops etc, business process description and task analysis.</LI>
<LI>Effectively coordinate with internal teams and end users to deliver quality solutions</LI>
<LI>Handle on going business reporting generation, and critical business operational tasks with high quality (data collection, follow up, report generation, quality analysis)</LI>
<LI>Follow up with end user and internal team to resolve outstanding issues related to data or business process</LI></UL>
<P>Requirements:</P>
<UL>
<LI>Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience all acceptable, Chinese nationality is a mandatory </LI>
<LI>Good English communication will be big plus</LI>
<LI>Confident, self-motivated paying attention to specific details, flexible and determined to get the work done</LI>
<LI>Advanced skills in MS Word, Power Point and Excel / Macro / VBA</LI>
<LI>Good mathematical aptitude and proactive problem resolution</LI>
<LI>Hands on knowledge of Access DB will be big plus</LI>
<LI>Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and work under pressure</LI>
<LI>Ability to continuously learn and implement area of improvements </LI>
<LI>Ability to organize and communicate with team members</LI>
<LI>Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver as well as able to gather and interpret relevant data and information's</LI>
<LI>Ability to prioritize and multitask</LI></UL>
