任职资格的具体描述：

Specific responsibilities include:

¨       Gathers information from Client, Partner, industry research and sources to gain comprehensive understanding of the Client Company, industry and the position requirements

¨       Assists Partner to develop position specification and a focused search strategy. Continually refines search strategy based on market or client feedback.

¨       Researches and identifies prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources, relevant prior searches and internal sources.

Other Responsibilities:

¨       Associate will have the opportunity to be involved in functional and/or industry practice groups and participate in practice calls/meetings.

¨       Participation in other office or firm initiatives and committees

The Person Qualifications & Experience

¨       The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a multinational company client-service business in China. Additional international working experiences a plus.

¨       Research experience essential, with client-facing (business development and client service execution) experience with multinational clients extremely desirable

¨       Have identified market trends and researched business/ company information effectively through a variety of channels.

Personal Attributes and Competencies:

¨       Capable of, and has the ambition to, progress to consultant level within a senior-level executive search firm as a long-term career objective.

¨       Comfortable and competent with direct client contact within a solutions-selling and client-service context.

¨       Capable of effectively leveraging the Partner to enhance his/her search work.

¨       Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods to exceed client’s expectations.

¨       Ability to develop strong relationships to build an industry network

¨       Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing, listening – articulate and persuasive – can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent manner.

¨       Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills
