Description



We are looking for a talented key account leader to join our team. You will have the full responsibility to manage a global key account both on strategic and operational level. You will lead the global account team consisting of professionals from various fields and coordinate with our supplying units located in Asia and Europe. You will be also responsible for continuous development of related business processes under close cooperation with the key account. We expect you to be a strong leader with strategic mindset and simultaneously very practical, hands-on skills to strengthen and grow the business with this strategically very important and sizable global account.

Requirements

- Solid experience from international mar keting and sales, customer relationship management

- Strong leadership, analytical and negotiation skills

- Ability to understand the cost and pricing structure of the business in detail

- Result-oriented

- Team leading skills in a matrix organization

- Experience of working in multicultural environment

- Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) are necessary

- Experience from packing or converting industry is an advantage

- University degree education

- Readiness to travel
