现工作职责:
2010-2012 Key-account Manger & Technical Support in SGS
l Responsible for overseas clients, development and effectively follow up clients's requirement and achieve the established sales target;
For internal resources,
l Develop and completed as scheduled sales plan;
Work with other departments related business-in the nationwide maximum client development business;
l Cooperate with local sales team to maintain good relationship with big supplier, and assist marketing team with promotion activity;
l maintaining existing customers and conduct effective management and tracking, develop a new sales opportunities in the existing and new market;
l collect market information, pay attention to the competition and market development trend, further develop a new business
For technical support
l managing databases by collecting, assembling updated information and providing training to internal staff;
l tracing and reporting consumer products legislations with original insight and compliance solutions;
l drafting technical bulletin to updates clients regarding the new trading or industrial requirements
l coordinating and providing independent analysis on research statistics
l managing research projects, including information collection, promotion material preparation, analysis and reporting, under the supervision and guidance
