Your key tasks and accountabilities |
- Understand the business requirements for hiring.
- Facilitate the sourcing process, initial resume screening and conduct interview.
- Be responsible to lead recruitment projects, and manage the overall budget and timeline and work within the agreed timeline. e.g. Job fair, Employee referrals program, Campus recruitment etc.
- Prepare HR related reports.
- Work with internal / external advertising agency to design creative and consistent marketing material and advertising campaign to support recruitment activities.

Your Skills and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferably majoring in the HR, or management related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience of human resources.
- Excellent management and organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Excellent influencing, oral and written communication skills in both mandarin and English required.
- Self-motivated, flexible and able to take the initiative whilst getting buy-in from interested parties.
- Well presented, personable with a flexible, patient, positive manner.
- Excellent user of MS , e,g, Excel, PPT.
