Responsible for managing and growing the company digital's presence, as well as driving the digital integration with the traditional BTL practice. This is a highly flexible and entrepreneurial role within the company, with access directly to the CEO and VP. Ideal candidate must possess strong initiative, leadership, strategic thinking, and most importantly execution abilities.

General Responsibilities
- Advice the CEO and upper management on digital technology application
- Communicate with clients on project requirements, and provide technical leadership by compiling proposals, quotations, solution technical architecture, user flows, etc.
- Conduct proper tools and vendor selection for project execution
- Manage internal technical account team and 3rd party vendors for digital project
- Drive the integration of company ATL and BTL practices for client projects

Technical Responsibilities
- Must have experience with various web OSS/CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, DedeCMS, etc.)
- Have exposure to web analytics tools such as GA, Webtrends, Piwik
- Understanding of datawarehousing/data-mining concepts, architecture, and tools (Pentaho, Talend, Informatica, etc.)
- Past experience in conducting technical vendor and technical tools selection, as well as "Build Vs. Outsource" decisions

Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in either IT consulting, digital marketing, or IT product management
- Highly entrepreneurial in spirit, curious about new technology's application in digital marketing
- Work well independently as well as under ambiguity, possess the ability to conceptualize and materialize the strategic direction laid out by top management
- Strong project and tech team management skills
- Abilities to communicate effectively with clients, 3rd party vendors, and partners
- Must speak fluent Mandarin, good English skills prefered
- Proven technical consulting/sales experience a plus
- Overseas working experience, as well as returnees（海归）a plus
- Datawarehouse, web analytics, and BI experience a plus
- OSS software (Wordpress, Pentaho, SugarCRM) integration experience a plus
