As I know, most European organizations preferred non-work experienced students join to their companies. The reason is simple. They think that those students are more easier and faster fitting
in the organization's culture.

But, When I applied a basic position and sent my CV to a Sweden company, which located in Beijing. They read my CV and said they need a person who had more experiences. They even don't want spend a time on an interview.

Is that because they want to survive in China so that they have to follow the "rules"?

People told me that the work experience just a excuse. I have to learn how to "sell" myself.

However, I even don't have a chance to "sell" myself, at least, from an interview. I "Sell" myself in my CV. But look at the result.

Now, I'm lost.

Anyone can help me?
紧跟协会走,什么都会有,哇哈哈哈!
