Technology Architect

Design, develop, maintain and refactor high-quality applications running on Windows Phone 7 platform. Deep knowledge about the Silverlight and .Net Framework is required. Windows phone and its services, drawbacks and possibilities are highly desirable in order to understand how an application might impact and work with an embedded system/device.

Formal Education:
MSc or BSc in Computer Science or similar

Experience:
Windows Mobile/CE/32/Phone embedded systems application,
.Net Framework, Silverlight/WPF application development

Processes and Methods:
Agile methods, full development life-cycle (requirement, analysis,
design, architecture, develop, test, maintain), test methodology
Development Environment:Visual Studio 2010, Blend, TFS

Architecture Skills:
Windows Phone architecture, design patterns (MVVM),
design languages (UML or similar), data modeling

Programming Skills: C++, C#, Silverlight, WCF, SQL, emulators

Soft Skills:
Team worker, team communication, flexible, structured, work in multi-cultural environments.

Language:
English read/write is mandatory, good spoken ability as well.
