岗位职位:
- 确保每日店铺的正常运营,按标准组织区域内补货,组织员工在闭店前整理卖场;
激励员工完成每日销售目标,提高员工个人形象; 做好到货前卖场及库房的准备工作 保持库房排列整洁有序,确保到货时顺利完成入库及陈列工作; 培训新员工,以身作则,耐心解答员工提出的各种问题; 协助经理处理客诉,确保店铺运营安全稳定; 分析制作各类报表,从而总结出不足和经验,及时与领导沟通,完成并实施新的方案; 组织店员按公司要求调整店铺陈列,实时掌握新的流行趋势;
- 了解订货流程,使用专业工具进行产品订货。
协助销售经理管理销售人员,划分工作区域。 培训和激厉负责区域内的销售人员。 及时与销售经理沟通。 负责销售人员日常排班,安排轮休。 各岗位工作轮岗实习,尽快熟悉店铺运营流程。

任职要求: 1、形像好,气质佳,有时尚感。 2、英语水平好(面试都是全英文的,口语必须过关) 3、有志在时尚行业发展的,能吃苦,有毅力。 4、最好有过相关的社会实践经历以及海外留学经历。 5、22-28岁,大学本科(含本科)以上学历。
Responsibilities: As a head of section in one of our stores, you will be responsible for the following aspects: Product management: suiting collections to customer's tastes, making orders, returns, ranges, invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. Also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and orders, and carrying out the inventory for the section. Image: -Setting up and co-ordinating garments; -Controlling the image of the section. Personnel management: -Helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section; -Evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager; -Training and motivating the staff in their section; -Helping the manager organize timetables, olidays, sales periods and bank holidays. Reporting To: Section Manager Profile: -Preferably between 22 and 28 years old -Affinity with the product: able to identify with collections -Ability to co-ordinate -Working with customers: enjoy dealing with customers' needs Personal Profile & Capabilities: Qualities for leadership, communication and teamwork Academic Background: UK university education background is highly preferred Language: Fluent in English |
