Job title: Business Development Manager
Location: Beijing/ Shanghai
Report to: Founder
年薪：30W以上
Job description:
1.
Work alongside with the
founders on business development and strategy execution
2.
Collect market needs and trend
to contribute to global expansions of accounts
3.
Forge and manage alliances and
partnerships
4.
Identify new business and
management contract opportunities to assist in expansion of sale portfolio in China and
oversea
5.
Own the complete proposal
making process
6.
Visit customers and negotiate
for best terms and bring deals to fruition
7.
Contribute to branding building
& marketing efforts – Analyst interaction, partner events, etc
8.
Develop market entry strategies
based on analysis of business trends
9.
Gaining mindshare and nurturing
relationship among internal and external Customers
Qualifications:
1. Fluent speaking and written English;
2.
More than 1 year oversea
working experience in finance field;
3.
Deep understanding to American
business process and interpersonal manner
4.
Outgoing personality and good
communication skill
5.
Logical thinking and good
writing skill;
6.
Self motivated with a strong
sense of responsibility;
7.
Has good business acumen and
intellectual curiosity;
8.
Background and experience in
sales or marketing will be a plus.
