HR Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the chief liaison between headquarters and regional branches in terms of projects and activities associated with employee communication, talent acquisition, and employer branding among the transportation team

• Build up healthy and productive relationships with local government agencies and other critical business stakeholders to facilitate the project implementation process

• Champion nationwide projects to cascade corporate messages and engage transportation associates upon effective partnership with the local site leaders, client-facing HR team, and vendors

• Develop and sustain the project related documentations, such as event proposals, cascading plans, wrap-up reports, and other reviews/analysis upon the management team’s request

• Coordinate with both internal and external regulatory departments to timely procure the necessary event permits and manage expenditures within the agreed budget

• Establish operational guidelines and process management mechanism to ensure the alignment of project implementation in any region resulting from the corporate standards and initiatives

• Recommend new approaches and procedures to effect continual improvements in the management efficiency of future projects

Basic Qualifications

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university
• 5-8 year experience in Employee Communications or Project Management

• Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions, lead cross-functional team, and drive projects to successful implementation

• Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence

• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills

• High proficiency in both written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Oversea study or working experience is a huge plus

Proven ability to work in a complex and diverse business unit of a large multinational company

• Successful stories in handling ambiguity scenarios and managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a rapid and changing work environment 有兴趣可直接发简历至susie@etalentlink.com
