The position is to directly report project manager and responsible for:
- Working closely with project managers to provide project management support, including formulating action plans, organizing resources;
- Providing assessment and solutions to project deliverables by preparation of questionnaires, research, workshops and site visit when necessary;
- Coaching clients team to deliver some of the deliverables and review the deliverables produced by clients;
- Taking the role of on-site project manager at the transition and operating support phases, including regularly updating the project status with the project risk/issue highlighted to project manager;
- Working closely with client project manager to implement the transition of share service with the advise from IBM project manager;
Qualifications:
- Finance share service consulting experiences with finance accounting background;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communicator, calm and confident under pressure and in interacting with project managers and our clients at all levels;
- Native standard and excellent Chinese writing skills;
- Good oral and written English;
- University degree and at least 4-6 years' work experience, of which 1-2 years' experience in proposal writing / editing;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint;
- Comfortable working with page layout, formatting text and exhibits in Word-based and PowerPoint-based templates;
