Lattice Engines (晶格科技） is an U.S based fast growing big data company and the leader in B2B sales and marketing intelligence software. We are expanding our business to China and  launched our Beijing office recently.  
  
We are recruiting talented Analyst and Senior Analyst in our rotation program across business services, product QA and testing, deployment support and etc. This position is a key connection between Beijing software development team and U.S customer service team.   The successful candidate will have opportunities to involve from business analysis to our product offering, from software backend architecture to frontend testing.

Responsibilities  
1.    Translate business requirement into test cases, automation frameworks and automation scripts.
2.    Ensure features achieve the desired level of functional flow and quality by testing - including reliability, security and performance
3.    Run data analysis using SQL queries, pivot tables, advanced excel models, or business intelligence tools
4.    Produce and maintain useful and usable documentation of work, and contribute regularly to the general engineering body of knowledge
5.    Communicate with U.S team to collect the business requirement, support the software deployment and QA.  
  
  
Qualifications
o    BS degree from reputed universities in a technical discipline such as math, physics, computer science, operations research, engineering, advanced degree preferred
o    2-6 years’ experience in a technical position in high-tech industry.
o    Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases required
o    Experience with testing SaaS based solution considered favorably.
o    Experience with analytics tools such as SAS, SPSS, R, or MATLAB is preferred
o    Understanding of software engineering skills and QA/Test and automation methodologies
o    Understanding of networking and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, jsp, ajax, .Net, etc.
o    College English level 6 required. English verbal communication experience with oversea customers preferred.
