具体说明：

岗位职责

1. Cashier operations controling
A. Monitor sales, return and exchange process in system
B. Review tax register file prepared by boutique
C. Manage Layaway, Credit Note & Deposit
D. Check closing
E. Verify bank card refund
2. Stocks management
A. Review goods receiving process
B. Check all products barcode
C. Monitor Bin transfer
D. Spot check goods transfer
E. Follow up stock adjustment and return
F. Investigate negative stocks
G. Organize weekly and monthly inventory stocktake and do reconciliation with boutique
3. Accounting tasks
A. Control petty cash
B. Verify petty cash and staff reinbursement's application
4. Others
A. Co-ordinate with local tax agency and bank relationship
B. Try to solve any computerized problem
C. Verify boutique order
D. Take care of boutique's maintenance

岗位要求

• 学历要求：大专或以上
• 性别要求：不限
• 语言要求：英语 + 普通话
• 专业要求：不限
• 年龄要求：25-45
• 总工作年限：3年以上

任职资格的具体描述：

1、Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Business Administration or related field;
2、Around 3-5 year related experience in retail industry，luxury brand is preferred.
3、Be sensitive to the data
4、High Responsibility, detail-oriented, passionate and active;
5、Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English;
6、Excellent Computer Skill in Microsoft Office;
7、Quick Problem Solving skill & Analysis ability;
8、Team spirit; Could work under high pressure and busy schedule.
