§掌握组织行为学或心理学相关理论知识和方法；熟悉企业管理相关理论知识；熟悉公司内部业务流程；Familiar with theories on business management, enterprise business processes, Good knowledge of organizational behavior and/or psychological theories.

§能够进行相应外语专业资料阅读和交流。Good writing and oral communication skill in English or Japanese

初级软件工程师（工作地点：沈阳、大连）

 

职位职责：

理解、评估并接收相关的需求、架构和软件文档；

遵循公司（部门）编码规范，负责编码实现；

负责验证编码质量（如Code Review，单体测试）；

协助测试人员进行集成测试，并负责修改缺陷，完善软件模块；

负责编写项目技术相关文档，进行项目技术总结，以积累和分享项目经验。

 

任职资格：

本科及以上学历；

具有较强的问题判断和解决能力、口头和书面沟通能力、学习能力；

了解软件设计理论、实践和工具，以准确无误地理解相关设计；

熟悉软件编程理论、实践和工具，包括面向对象的编程技术和统一建模语言等；

熟悉将用于实现系统的开发语言和编程技能（例如：Java、C++、.net等）；

熟悉数据库或中间件技术、开发测试（特别是单元测试）、相关配置管理工具和软件开发方法学；

能阅读外文专业技术文档。
