任职资格：Requirements:
§海外双学士、硕士及以上学历；Master’s degree in Law, Business, Finance / Tax & Accounting , HR Management or Computer Science/Information Technology;
§具有较强的学习能力、沟通协调能力；较强的文档撰写能力以及较强的问题判断和解决能力； Logical thinking and self-motivation; Good professional communication skills, a team player and a quick learner;
§掌握组织行为学或心理学相关理论知识和方法；熟悉企业管理相关理论知识；熟悉公司内部业务流程；Familiar with theories on business management, enterprise business processes, Good knowledge of organizational behavior and/or psychological theories.
§能够进行相应外语专业资料阅读和交流。Good writing and oral communication skill in English or Japanese
