Possess 4 – 5 years finance manager capacity in MNC or 5 – 7 Senior Accountant in similar capacity
Experience in JD Edward, SAP and Hyperion. Fluency English. Result-oriented. Problem solving skill
工作职责：
1、General: Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting and analysis functions. Manage taxation, treasury, legal and information system activities. Be able to build and maintain relationships with banks, external audit firms to support the ongoing success of the company. Act as overall coordinator and first-line advisor to the Finance Director on all finance-related issues, and serve as the primary liaison with the Corporate office for all financial matters.
2、Financial Planning and Budgeting: Produce timely and accurate monthly management reports. Ensure annual budgeting exercises are completed on schedule and to the desired standards and jointly with business team to prepare and complete a strong, aggressive strategic plan. Identify what needs to be done to bridge any gaps through monitoring the annual plan and lead the proper action plans.
3、Internal Controls and Process: Enhance effectiveness of internal control system, design and execute company policies and operation procedures, develop best business practices.
4、Budgetary Control: Develop effective budgetary control mechanism and delegated authority structure to ensure appropriate spending without surprise.
Analysis: Produce and provide valuable analysis and inputs to the management team to move the business forward profitably. Be responsible for the quality of financial report and providing suggestions to top management team on the basis of analysis.
Compliance: Ensure company’s legal matters; liaison with auditors (internal and external); tax and SAFE authorities are attended to and handled competently. Ensure compliance of statutory regulations such as tax, foreign exchange, commercial, etc. Involve in developing transfer pricing policy.
