This is an exciting opportunity for a talented engineer to work at Citrix Beijing R&D center, Citrix’s fast growing research and product development subsidiary in China.The individual will be working with our highly talented team in a fast paced, but rewarding environment with opportunity to learn new skills and technologies.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for the development, testing and debugging of automation framework,automation testing management system, as well as software tools(test libraries) for QA to conduct automation testing.On the purpose of automating tests of the EMS product, and our industry leading T-SeriesAdaptive Traffic Manager, Content Accelerator, Unison mobile data service and Smart Capacity management etc. products, purposely designed to address the challenges facing today’s mobile service providers, due to explosive growth of Mobile Internet.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with QA team to reach high stability and coverage of automation.
• Participate in the design, coding, unit testing, debuggingand maintaining of ourautomation testing execution engine, automation testing management system, software tools that serve automation scripts.

·         Conducting code reviews, learn&navigate unfamiliar code quickly

·         Cultivate strong working relationships with co-workers

• Establish self as having strong skills in at least one area of specialty
• Conduct software development tasks in Agile/TDD manner.
• Continuously and proactively look for ways to improve the product testing processes and procedures.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring practices as directed and advised by manager and/or Human Resources

General Requirements:

• BS/MS in CS/CE/EE, MS preferred
• 4+ years of experiences in software design and development

·         Demonstrated experience of delivering on commitments with strong sense of ownership

·         Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently

• Good and proven problem solving skills
• Practice proactive communication skills and excellent written, verbal, presentation skills

·         Fluent verbal and written English skills

Qualification:

·         Must have demonstrated programming ability inPython or other script language

·         Must be proficient in development environments, debugging tools and source control systems

·         Must have strong UNIX/Linux, and networking skills, and working knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv6

·         Assertive self-starter with excellent organizational skills

·         Exhibit a “can-do” attitude and inspire others to excel, and develop a team spirit

Desired Skills:

·         Agile software acceptance test with keyword driven, behavior driven etc. modern test methodologies.

·         Project and technical leadership experience

·         Robotframework, Selenium etc. commercial or open source automation test frameworks.

·         QA or automation testing experience.

·         Cellular mobile network, 3G/4G LTE packet core, mobile multimedia/video
