Task:
1. To support Head of functional to deal with the routine documentation work and administrative work efficiently, including schedule and arrange meetings & traveling, maintain files and records etc.
2. To manage daily administrative work in the department and cooperate with other colleagues of department, including organizing meeting\workshops\activities, travel arrangement, mailing, filing, making reservations etc.
3. To review and check expenses report, contracts and other document
4. To lead, manage or coordinate special or ad hoc projects being assigned
5. To track and maintain the cost center for the department when needed
6. To coordinate among various internal departments and external third parties regarding implementation of operations as needed
Requirement:
1. Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent education
2. Good level of English (both in oral and written), fluent in Chinese
3. Having good common sense and mature; good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Working experience from matrix-structured company and experience in a similar position at a multinational company are preferred.
5. Excellent computer skill, especially in applications such as Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
