Financial Supervisor:
Reporting to the Plant Controller,
the accounting supervisor is a key member of the site finance team with the primary responsibility for full supporting to plant controller. In addition, the Accounting Supervisor is responsible for assisting the month-end closing processes, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets; coordinating all internal and external audit related activities with plant controller.
Key Responsibilities:
? Support and assist plant controller for translating between Chinese and English
? Support and assist plant controller for completion of month-end closing and
reporting requirements including tax reporting and balance sheet reconciliation
? Performing quarterly forecasting and reporting processes including associated
management reporting and analysis
? Support and assist plant controller for development and maintenance of internal
control environment and adherence to company policies and procedures.
? Support and assist plant controller for coordination of internal and external audit activities. Lead key control testing and perform some part of key control testing as a tester.
? Coordination and completion of annual 3-year planning process and related
management reporting and analysis.
? Support and assist plant controller for maintenance of an effective and open communication between site, region and United States management team regarding on-going business matters
? Prepare various financial analysis and reporting when assigned/ required
