Title: Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

1) The consultant’s role is to promote sales of JAC China services to customers within an agreed desk specialty. Maintain and develop satisfied customers through competent handling of clients and candidates.
2) A Senior Business Consultant's duties encompass the initial introduction of our company to prospective clients, the delivery of services to existing users, candidate generation, and selection and completion of assignment business at an agreed level. Consultants will be set fee targets and activity templates, which they will be expected to achieve.
3) The role also involves co-operation with management in resolving difficulties in areas including collection, guarantees, conflicts / disputes and other negotiations or functions.
The role reports to a Consulting Manager or above.

Requirements:

1) Education : BA or ABA and above (本科以上)

2) Working Experience: more than 4 years in any industries as HR Consultant/ Sales/Customer Service/ (preferably possess working experience in the Foreign capital organization such MNCs in China)

3) General Requirements :

-Good Spoken/Written Business English is a must

-Sales Oriented mind

-Hands-On Experience

-Strong Sense of Achieve the Sales Target given

-Flexible and positive mind

-Team work Sprits

-Good Discipline with self management

4) Package:

Basic salary (3000~15000) + Incentive + Bonus System
