我公司成立于1993年，前身叫广州经济技术开发区能力实业公司北京分公司，1995年1月更名为北京博瑞思克贸易有限责任公司。公司注册资金为300万元，属私营企业。

从93年起，我公司代理美国维益食品公司的植脂奶油产品的销售，销售网络从北京延伸至整个华北，西北，东北地区。形成了进口，分销，末端配送三级服务系统，到96年底时销量已达到每月10-12个40呎集装箱，为97年维益公司在中国苏州建厂奠定了雄厚的基础。

从2003年起，我公司从十多年来单一经营的植脂奶油向相关高端产品延伸。目前涉及的产品有法国优越集团的淡奶油及马苏里拉芝士条、澳大利亚的优纳、塔图拉、MG等厂家的奶油芝士，澳大利亚维嘉拉系列葡萄酒及美国的卡夫奶油芝士、雀巢系列产品，同时经销国内三个优质厂家的中秋陷料，我们的二次创业给我们带来新机遇，新挑战，新思路，新动力，虽然道路非常艰辛，但我们坚信这一朝阳产业一定会伴随着中国国际化的进程获得飞速发展，我们的事业更会蒸蒸日上。

INTRODUCTION

Our company was established in 1993, the original name of the company was called Guangzhou Economics and Technology Development Zone Industry Company Beijing Branch. In January 1995, it changed its name to Beijing Brisk Trade Co. Ltd. The company registration fund was RMB￥3,000,000, our company subordinates to privately owned business, the legal person is Juanjuan (Mandy) Yan.

From 1993, we are in a position to act as the Rich Products (SuZhou) Co. Ltd.marketing agent on a commission basis. During the first three years, our marketing network extended from Beijing to the north, northwest and northeast regions of China. We formed three services（importation，distribution, end delivery）in one system, up to the end of 1996, we reached a sales volume of 10 to 12 forty ft containers per month, all these provide a solid foundation for the establishment of the non-dairy dessert topping factory of Rich ProductsCo. Ltd. in Suzhou.

Our company had engaged in non-dairy dessert topping sales for many years.From 2003, we extended our single-crop farming to relevant higher level products; such as whipping cream and mozarella from Eurial in France; cream cheese from Una,Tatura and MG in Australia;Kraft and Nestle from USA; also top quality wines from Virgara in Australia.Moreover, we are the distributors of the top three moon cake filling factories in China.The new undertaking brings us the new opportunity, new challenge, new idea and new motive power. Though the future may be very difficult, but we strongly believe that the rising industry will be develop rapidly by the progress of internationalisation, and our business is becoming more prosperous every day.
