<DIV>工作职责： </DIV>
<DIV>1、参与公司产品战略与产品发展目标的制定； </DIV>
<DIV>2、制定、开展和推动产品团队各项管理制度、规范、工作流程和业务标准的执行； </DIV>
<DIV>3、监督跟进各线产品的策划、设计、定义、开发的质量控制以及产品的最终上市； </DIV>
<DIV>4、负责公司产品线的管理与产品生命周期的管理，产品销售分析，目标市场评估； </DIV>
<DIV>5、组织产品与运营模式的内外部调研分析，为决策提供核心依据； </DIV>
<DIV>6、产品部门的团队建设、人员管理、业绩管理。</DIV>
<DIV>岗位要求: </DIV>
<DIV>1、在国外生活或工作过，并能用中文沟通者；</DIV>
<DIV>2、对国外畅销产品，销售规律等有学习经验者优先；</DIV>
<DIV>Duty of job:</DIV>
<DIV>1 participate in setting the goals of product strategy and Product development.</DIV>
<DIV>2 set,develop and promote the performance of all management system, specification, workflow and business standard.</DIV>
<DIV>3.supervise and follow-up all the procedures of the products, ncluding planning,design。</DIV>
<DIV>definite,development of the quality control and go publick eventually.</DIV>
<DIV>4.In charge of the management of the company product line and product life cycle, sales analysis by product, target market evaluation.</DIV>
<DIV>5. organize the Internal and external research analysis of the product and operations model, provide the core basis for decision-making.</DIV>
<DIV>6. Team building, personnel management and performance management of the Product Department.</DIV>
<DIV>Position requirements:</DIV>
<DIV>1. have the foreign living or working experience, and be able to communicate in Chinese.</DIV>
