<DIV><STRONG>Role Summary：<BR></STRONG>The successful candidate would have sold a combination of Consultancy and Product and would need to demonstrate experience of selling complex software solutions and the ability to communicate the benefits of our proposition.</DIV>

<DIV><STRONG>Required Experience Must Include:<BR></STRONG>Experience of selling complex e-business software solutions.<BR>Experience of selling into the retail sector.<BR>Must have a vendor background, not reseller.</DIV>

<DIV><STRONG>Personal attributes should include:</STRONG></DIV>
<DIV>High degree of self motivation, honesty and integrity.<BR>Focus on quality.<BR>Top class interpersonal skills.<BR>Assertive, dynamic and above all passionate about selling.</DIV>

<DIV>Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.<BR>Providing accurate and reliable forecasting and overall territory management.<BR>Persistent focus on customer success and satisfaction.<BR>Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.</DIV>
