<DIV> SUMMARY OF POSITION - Profitably grow sales of Radio Systems products to major hardware/home center, pet retail accounts, distributors, hardware co-ops, membership warehouses and mass retailers.  Accomplished by personally managing key accounts and distributors reps as needed for sales support and store service.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></DIV>

·         Establish & maintain relationships with new & existing customers.<o:p></o:p>
·         Understand the needs and requirements of the RSC customer and their systems in-depth.  This includes all facets of their organization.<o:p></o:p>
·         Develop specific plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the corporate goals utilizing manufacturers rep organizations and distributors reps.<o:p></o:p>
·         Provide insights & direction for new & current products, pricing strategies, market research, and advertising.<o:p></o:p>
·         Interface with marketing, manufacturing, and finance to reach company objectives.<o:p></o:p>
·         Collaborate with customers in the presentation of our products in their environment<o:p></o:p>
·         Administration:  (Pricing, Returns, Annual Customer Agreements, Monthly reports & weekly reports)<o:p></o:p>
·         Communication:  Timely & Accurate for both Internal and External customers (Customer Issues, Program Changes, Market information, etc…)<o:p></o:p>
·         Forecasting (Provide monthly forecasting to supply chain team and/or forecasting coordinator)<o:p></o:p>
·         New Store Activity: Coordinate efforts internally and with outside representation to insure new stores ship complete, on-time, and are set to expectations<o:p></o:p>

·         Knowledge of business & management principles involved in strategic planning, resources allocation, human resource modeling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources.<o:p></o:p>
·         Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities, or determine time, cost, resources, or materials needed to perform work activity.<o:p></o:p>
·         In-depth understanding of competitive offerings and how they relate to our products.<o:p></o:p>
·         Understanding of the current market dynamics and how to leverage. <o:p></o:p>
·         Strong understanding of the retail environment and related channels of distribution<o:p></o:p>
·         Superior problem and analytical skills<o:p></o:p>
·         Aptitude to multitask<o:p></o:p>
·         Concern for detail<o:p></o:p>
·         Ability to communicate to all levels<o:p></o:p>
·         College degree or 10 years experience<o:p></o:p>
·         Negotiation skills<o:p></o:p>
·         Ability to travel (up to 50% overnight travel)<o:p></o:p>
·         Proficient in use of computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)<o:p></o:p>

需经常出差，国家可能涉及 Korea/Malaysia/Taiwan/Phillipines/United States/Vietnam
