<DIV>Clinical Research in China (Advanced Research)<BR>Clinical Researcher<BR>JOB DESCRIPTION<BR>Overall Job Description:<BR>Overall responsibility of this position is to assist the head of clinical research to conduct<BR>the clinical studies. The position will be attached to the Head of Early Clinical Research.<BR>An important part of the job will be done with teams based in France.<BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>- Based on the study design given by the Head, the clinical researcher will write<BR>and edit of the clinical protocols and related documents (crf, submission file,).<BR>- He will monitor on site the clinical studies s in various CROs and Universities in<BR>China.<BR>- Follow-up and organization of the logistical aspect and technical support of of<BR>the studies.<BR>- Follow-up of Data treatment (biological and physical analysis..), and data<BR>management<BR>- Descriptive statistics of the data with figures and draft summary<BR>- Communication/Interaction with skin research laboratories within L’Oreal in<BR>France and China.<BR>- Available for travels, both within China (at least 1/month) and 1 to 2 travels to<BR>France/year.<BR>- Writing draft of results<BR>Education and Experience requirements:<BR>- Clinical Research with a Masters Degree in a related field (Biology,<BR>Biochemistry, Pharmacology etc) with at least 1 – 3 years of experience in<BR>human clinical trials, as well as safety and efficacy testing of cosmetic or<BR>dermatologic products.<BR>- Knowledge of methods, equipment and technology used in the clinical research<BR>fields for skin and hair will be a plus.<BR>- Working Knowledge of clinical trial regulation, descriptive statistics, and quality<BR>assurance is a plus.<BR>- Excellent communication (verbal, written). Strong interpersonal and intercultural<BR>skills<BR>- Excellent organizational skills<BR>- Working language will be Mandarin and English. A good level in<BR>understanding/speaking/writing English is required<BR>- French language is a plus<BR>- Working knowledge of methods of evaluation (clinical and/or instrumental) for<BR>evaluating product efficacy on skin is a plus.</DIV>
