Positions: Concierge Service /English Customer Service/German Customer Service
We Seek for Candidates with the Followings Attributes
1. International mindset, willing and always open to learn, passionate about customer service, and result-driven oriented
2. Degree/diploma qualification, proficient in written and oral English and Chinese, and computer savvy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, net portals)
3. Enthusiastic to work in a team with different expertise to provide round-the-clock services
4. Planning and organizational ability, excellent spoken and written communication skills, and outstanding customer interaction skills
5. Empathetic towards people who need help with an eye for detail and the passion for service and results
6. Able to handle stressful situations and to deliver results at the same time; multi-tasking and quick thinking to deliver services and emergency responses to our clients’ needs
7. Experienced in customer service or concierge service an advantage
