interacting with key stakeholders in asset management firms, investment banks,
hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, and
corporate investors.
l Initiate relationships with institutional
investors, domestic and international, including sovereign wealth funds,
pension funds, and insurance companies, which are potential investment partners
of company.
l Identify structure and manage transactions
across the full spectrum of financing products and potential joint venture
relationships.
l Enhance and market the company brand throughout
the investor and financial communities in Asia and globally.
l Make proper disclosure, documents submission
according to HKEX rules and regulations.
l Manage and mentor junior members of the
Corporate Finance and Investor Relations team.
Qualifications:
l Strong grounding in domestic Chinese and
international corporate finance, public and private capital markets, and bank
loan markets.
l Experience with foreign direct investment in
Chinese real estate a plus.
l Experience negotiating partnership investments
with institutional investors through joint venture or fund structures a plus.
Existing relationships with domestic and international institutional investors
a plus.
l Experience with major investment bank, asset
management firm PE firm, or hedge fund is preferred.
l Strong leadership and communication skills;
ability to mentor and manage a team of highly intelligent and motivated
professionals.
l Outgoing and confident personality
l Strong oral and written presentation skills;
ability to digest complex materials and concepts and present them succinctly to
senior management as well as to outside stakeholders and partners.
l Knowledge of HKEX rules and regulations a plus.
l Fully proficient in quantitative and financial modelling;
well versed in valuation of companies and assets; able to create complex
financial models and to train junior analysts.
l Fully proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
l MBA degree preferred.
l English and Mandarin fluency a prerequisite. |
