<DIV>Main Duties <BR><BR><BR>l Oversee full portfolio of Pay per Click and Natural Search clients by managing and coordinating the account team to achieve and exceed clients ROI objectives. You will also manage your own portfolio of clients <BR>l Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship <BR>l Maintain client satisfaction to an agreed target <BR>l Maintain client retention to an agreed target <BR>l Strengthen client relationships through proactive account directorship <BR>l Actively seek to increase the services offered to PPC and SEO clients and increase the income generated to <BR>l Working closely with the managing director to agreed operational efficiency targets and business objectives <BR>l Have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of the full Shanghai client portfolio <BR>l Increase client spend as a percentage of their total marketing budget <BR>l Prepare commercial client proposals and attend pitches with the sales team <BR>l Develop and direct effective search engine marketing campaign strategies through direct liaison between all involved in the project team including account management, business development, display, social and SEO teams <BR>l Plan and implement efficient processes and systems within the account team <BR>l Lead the development of iP's paid search service, ensuring we remains at the forefront of product development within the paid search industry <BR>l Develop, manage and negotiate with high level contacts within all major vendors of PPC media and technology suppliers <BR>l Develop processes that help to accurately forecast and planning media spend <BR><BR><BR>Client satisfaction: <BR>l Generating results that deliver the clients anticipated ROI objectives <BR>l Continually strengthen and forge excellent client relationships through proactive directorship and communication including face to face meetings, telephone, conference call and email communication <BR>l Ensuring clients are satisfied measured by achieving a target client satisfaction rating or above in the annual client satisfaction survey <BR>l Actively maintaining the agreed client retention rate measured quarterly, through strategic management and planning <BR>l Increase your awareness of client competitor online marketing activity aiding informed recommendations to the campaign strategy encouraging increased spend <BR>l Ensuring all clients receive timely, high quality reporting from the account team on a monthly and quarterly basis <BR><BR><BR>Management: <BR>l Maintain a high level of account team's campaign proactivity through effective management on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis utilizing 1:1's, reviews and PDP's <BR>l Responsible for effectively and successfully developing and motivating the account team to achieve company KPI's and individual development goals <BR>l Delegating workloads to ensure account team can maximize client satisfaction <BR>l To oversee training of new account team staff and ensure staff are allocated appropriate training according to individual staff training needs <BR>l Ensure the account team follow procedure and adhere to requirements including contracts, account plans, new proposals, monthly and quarterly reporting <BR>l Develop and deliver to the team motivational strategies for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities <BR>l Develop and share best practice between the team <BR><BR><BR>Requirements <BR>l A minimum of 6 year's experience in online marketing <BR>l Relevant search or analytics qualifications <BR>l A degree in a marketing and/or business related discipline such as marketing, advertising, business, economics and related. <BR>l Strong client management and relationship skills <BR>l Ability to successfully lead, motivate, maintain and grow an effective team of account managers and executives <BR>l Proven ability to form and implement search engine marketing strategies <BR>l Strong listening and questioning skills with acute attention to detail <BR>l A detailed and analytical approach to researching and analyzing opportunities to increase revenue <BR>l Confidence in presenting technical and marketing information in a variety of mediums to clients and colleagues <BR>l Excellent report-writing, analytical and project management skills with acute attention to detail <BR>l Ability to compose professionally constructed documents using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint <BR>l Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presentation in English and Chinese <BR>l Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions <BR>l Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks <BR>l Excellent organizational and time management skills <BR>l A positive attitude to dealing with people <BR>Have responsibility as an individual and for your team </DIV></DIV>
