<DIV>PURPOSE: This role will be responsible for effectively coordinating and tracking all technical deliverables associated with a project to agreed time, cost and quality requirements and in accordance with project management standards. The Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management will provide direction for the development, design and system integration for a project or multiple projects from definition phase through implementation.</DIV>

<DIV>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge, skills and abilities<BR>? Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate and co-ordinate across different groups<BR>? Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail<BR>? Able to deliver quality solutions to project deadlines<BR>? Flexibility to tackle problems & issues with enthusiasm and tenacity and recognize or anticipate issues that could disrupt productivity<BR>? Able to operate calmly in a high pressure environment<BR>? Able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks at any one time<BR>? Able to troubleshoot and solve problems in a customer focused engineering service environment <BR>? Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time while maintaining high quality standards<BR>? Evidence of project management experience within a complex technology environment<BR>? Experience working with factories to deliver prototypes, NPI builds, and production ramp<BR>? Project management experience (PMP a plus)<BR>? Experience successfully managing projects within an assigned budget and on a fixed schedule<BR>? Ability to influence a design to meet unit price targets<BR>? Tactfully communicates sensitive information.<BR>? Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative technical solutions<BR>? Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.<BR>? Possesses a knowledge base of each clients’ business systems and objective</DIV>
<DIV>Language/Education/Travel Requirements: <BR>? Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred; Computer Science Degree will also be considered) <BR>? Experience managing or working with the electrical, layout, mechanical, test, and S/W Design Teams<BR>? 10+ years experience managing technical projects <BR>? Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)<BR>? Ability to travel internationally (20% travel required)</DIV>
