<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US>This role is primarily responsible for underwriting and structuring straightforward credit transactions. The Corporate Debt Product role is an integral member of the Client Team and assists the Credit Products Underwriter and Credit Products Officer with delivering the end-to-end credit experience to our clients. Also, assists in the underwriting and structuring of complex credit transactions and plays an active role in the documentation of transactions. The incumbent may also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and management of the portfolio, and serves as a key member of the Commercial Client Team in handling the client's financial needs, ensuring that the overall client experience is favorable and that the bank is in a position to expand the relationship. </SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman','serif'"></SPAN></P>
