职位描述（按照岗位主要工作内容权重排序）：

We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager with great leadership skills and a passion for agility, quality, efficiency, and the desire and ability to learn new techniques and drive innovation. We invite you to lead and build dedicated team of high-caliber individuals who greatly enjoy working together as we deliver on our technology across both Developed and Emerging markets. This person will work closely with oversea partners as well as local engineering team to ship world-class products.

The primary responsibilities include:

·         Working closely with others in Development, Test, as well as with Product Design, both in China and oversea.

·         Driving sound scenarios and specs.

·         Ensuring designs and implementations meet quality, performance, scale, and manageability requirements as well as managing cross team dependencies.

·         Initiating, promoting and implementing engineering best practice. Working on project planning, designing and tracking for your team.

·         Providing technical and career guidance and mentorship to journal PMs.

·         Effectively implementing changes aligned with business objectives across the group.

人员任职要求（与岗位匹配的知识、经验、技能及对岗位核心素质和人员特征要求）：

·         You have strong technical and management background, including 4+ years of Program Management experience.

·         You must be a respected Program Manager with a proven track record of shipping products through multiple product cycles while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, rapid shipping schedules, being able to analyze diverse requirements and make recommendations as to implementation strategies and estimate development costs.

·         You must have strong communication skills as well English skills (verbal and written).

·         You should also have solid fundamental Computer Science skills and have a passion for cutting-edge technologies.

·         A BS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent is required.

·         Internet related working experience is a plus
